JUST IN: DUTERTE ANNOUNCES 'SEPARATION' FROM U.S.

President Duterte made an announcement in his state visit in china. 
"America has lost me, and I re align myself  in your idiological flow and maybe i will also go to Russia to talk to Putin and tell him that, there are three of us against the world CHINA, PHILIPPINES and RUSSIA", Duterte said.
