Nova Princess and her brother Reynaldo Jr., have been brought to Camp Crame are facing charges for violation of Section 11 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (possession of dangerous drugs) and Section 21 of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act (acquisition or purchase and sale of firearms and ammunition).

They were also charged for violating Section 3-A of Republic Act 9516 or "unlawful manufacture, sales, acquisition, disposition, importation or possession of a part, ingredient, machinery, tool or instrument used or intended to be used for the manufacture, construction, assembly, delivery or detonation."

Topacio said he will present the images when the Vice Mayor and her brother go to court.

Ozamiz police has said it recovered high-powered firearms to the stocks of shabu, drug paraphernalia and wads of cash from the Parojinog home.

But Topacio said it is up to the government to prove these indeed belonged to the family.

"'Yun po ay patunayan nalang nila sa hukuman sapagkat sila po ang nag-aakusa, nasa kanila po ang burden of proof, ika nga," Topacio said.
