The latest to add his voice is the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau. Justin Trudeau in a press briefing Thursday evening praised Duterte and sent a lovely message to the people of Philippines.

“Canada and the Philippines have been good friends for centuries. Philippines, know that Canada loves you and we are giving you the fullest support. Count on us anytime and we would be at your door step.” – the Prime Minister said.
